Everyone sees this differently.
Yesterday, after just one quarter with a new client, we reviewed the numbers… and we’re now tracking a 5x return on his investment on our coaching engagement.
That got me thinking:
If you view coaching as an investment — one designed to generate measurable growth — then you understand engaging an outsider to help becomes a strategic move, not an expense.
But if you see it as a cost, what kind of return would you demand to justify it? Why not ask me — or better yet, ask to meet the people who have invested in me and seen the results firsthand?
I treat every engagement like an investment — and my job is to deliver a return.
It costs nothing to talk.
